Change is a business reality – new leadership, technology innovation, regulatory changes, M&A, reorganizations and cost reductions are among the common drivers of change in today's business environment. Regardless of the reason, change initiatives are often met with resistance and fail to realize the intended business benefits because of ineffective change management practices.
This program is aimed at HR executives, line leaders and line HR professionals (generalists, talent acquisition & development, L&D, etc.) who want to become more effective in driving strategic change implementation. Our focus is on Life Science companies – big and small - and the typical challenges they face. There will be a facilitated interactive breakout session in which participants can share their experience, learn from colleagues in the industry, and take best practices back to their companies.
Why participate? Change models and tools have advanced, providing a “technology for change” that change leaders need to know and be able to apply. Change leadership has become an “expected” leadership capability and critical for thriving in our rapidly changing environments. Everyone in HR can take a leadership role – attend this workshop and learn more about how you can contribute!
Attend this workshop and you will:
-
Experience the power of change models and tools: Get a better understanding of the change management process and specific models/tools that will help you to navigate change
-
Understand how you can position yourself as a HR change leader: Make a stronger impact in your company before and during the change process
-
Learn from each other: Dialogue with your Life Science HR colleagues about the issues they are facing and common challenges in the industry
